The care and professionalism given is exceptional from the first consultation to the actual surgery. Dr Ball is a caring and extremely skilled hair surgeon, his team share his enthusiasm and show genuine empathy. The whole experience is made less daunting by this ethos and I found it strangely enjoyable! Finding the right surgeon and clinic is such a daunting and confusing process, however if you are looking for a clinic that genuinely cares about you and will do everything they can to get the best possible result for you then Dr Ball and The Maitland Clinic are heads above everyone else. I have no hesitation in unreservedly recommending this excellent clinic. Thank you Dr Ball and your wonderful team.
