I hope you are keeping well. As you probably know I had my procedure (FUE 2008 grafts) done 3 days back on September 23rd at the Maitland clinic. I didn't get a chance to meet you then but I
just wanted to express how very happy and extremely satisfied I am with my entire experience.

Over the last 8 years I have had direct consultations with various clinics in the UK and online consultations with a few other doctors but it is only after I consulted with both David and Dr. Ball last summer, I knew if I was ever going to have a hair transplant done it would be by Dr. Ball.

One year down the road with difficult times, Covid and all, you managed to find me time which best suited my schedule for which I am very grateful. That along with all the extensive information you provided was further proof of your commitment to your patients.

Please thank all the team Karen, Ildi, Georgi and Mo and tell them how grateful I am for all the tremendous care they took of me through the 12 hour transplant procedure, from the very beginning to the end with Karen walking me out to the front door of the building.

Lastly could you please let Dr Ball know how very much I appreciated everything that was done for me as a patient . His dedication and love for his job shows in his outstanding bedside manners and the 2 hour consultation he spent with me the day before the surgery to make sure everything was planned perfectly for the next day. The special care taken during the procedure to ensure I was as comfortable as possible and the great effort to get the best possible result was apparent. Please let him know I would not hesitate to recommend the Maitland clinic to anyone who needs a hair transplant and once again give him my special thanks. I hope to see you all in a year with great results.
