Had an excellent consultation with David Anderson at the Maitland Clinic. From beginning to end, the experience was welcoming, comfortable and above all highly informative, providing me with invaluable professional advice on how to proceed with the next stage of treating my hair loss.

The reception staff were friendly and accomodating, offering me a drink while I waited.

The consultation itself was incredibly useful in helping to know what I should do next. David firstly asked about my hair loss history and we discussed the things I'd tried so far to slow my hair loss. He then detailed the different options available at the clinic and the pros and cons of each.

Throughout, David was personable, thorough and patient. Not once did I feel anything was being "pushed" to sell and it was clear that personalised patient care was the priority rather than trying to steer me into surgery immediately.

I would urge anybody who is serious about treating their hair loss to visit the Maitland Clinic. The other reviews on here suggest that the surgery and after care are of a very high quality too.
