It is unusual to find this level of professionalism along with such a high level of friendliness. Every question that I asked was answered very clearly and precisely. Dr Ball took a great amount of time to explain the whole procedure, where hair was needed and how many grafts would go in each area. All of the staff were super friendly and had a very professional yet very warm approach. From start to finish I have ben very impressed by every single aspect of my interaction with the Maitland clinic. I can't wait to see the results. Many thanks to every single one of you.
