In all honesty I couldn’t have wished for a more thorough, reassuring and professional experience throughout. Everyone put me at ease, kept me informed and Dr Ball himself is clearly a passionate and highly experienced artist and craftsman, who takes his work very seriously. David, Karen, the incredible technicians and staff are all a joy to interact with and all want to help and ensure comfort as much as possible. I couldn’t recommend the clinic highly enough and can’t wait to see the results.
