I had a FUE hair transplant at the Maitland Clinic in February 2024 after debating the process for about 18 months, and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I did quite a lot of research, obtained various quotes including overseas and other Harley St clinics but settled on The Maitland clinic based on their results, detailed advice and the excellent consultation process. Dr Ball and patient advisor David provided me with reassurance and confidence that I would get a natural look which will age well. They take a great deal of care and time in checking your hair and talking through what they can do, how they do it and what to expect with the end result. I was a little nervous, but the process on the day was remarkably relaxed - Dr Ball and his very skilled technicians made me feel calm and comfortable, and I was very well looked after. They were all very friendly, whilst being utterly calm and professional. 1 year on and I am completely chuffed with the results, which have given me confidence in my appearance again.

Yes it may cost you a bit more than a trip to Turkey, but some things are worth the money. The fact that a lot of their work is correcting procedures carried out elsewhere should also tell you a lot. The aftercare has also been excellent, and Dr Ball and his colleagues are all incredibly nice people. If you’re going to do it, do it properly and go here.
